Changing Lives, One Step at a Time
For over two decades, Gabriel and Jodi Beversluis have been on a mission to transform the lives of children through pediatric orthotic care.
Gabriel, a pediatric orthotist, designs and fits custom orthotic bracing that restores mobility, independence, and confidence in children facing physical challenges.
His passion ensures that every child receives care as unique as they are.
Jodi, a nurse, walks alongside families, providing the knowledge, support and encouragement they need to navigate their child’s journey with orthotic care.
Her goal is to empower parents, and caregivers, ensuring no one feels alone in the process.
In 2015, they took a leap of faith, traveling to an orthotic clinic in Negril, Jamaica.
While the prospect of re-using donated bracing caused concern, they found that with the right equipment, creativity and a large selection of used bracing, they were able to achieve great success.

What started as a single trip became a calling.
As donations poured in from across the United States, their reach expanded beyond Jamaica. They sought out partners, and organizations who shared their belief that every child, no matter where they live, deserves the opportunity to walk, run and play.
In 2025, they founded Pediatric Orthotic Global Outreach (POGO), an organization built on the belief that mobility is freedom and that no child should be held back by a lack of access to care.
Over the past decade, they have developed systems that make it possible to provide life-changing orthotic solutions even in the most resource-limited places.
Looking ahead, the future is bright. POGO is looking to expand the team, open new partnerships, and find new opportunities to assist.
We are not just fitting braces.
We are working to restore hope, dignity, and dreams for children worldwide.
And this is just the beginning.
